Spinach Artichoke Lasagna

I was perplexed the other night when faced with the prospect of cooking dinner for some Vegetarian friends.  We don’t do a lot of vegetarian around here.  My husband doesn’t eat many vegetables, so finding something that could please everyone made me a bit stressy.  I called out to the Twitterz and had some interesting [...]

Veggie Pasta Salad

This is such an easy, satisfying pasta salad, you could eat it as a meal. I made it for my family’s 4th of July BBQ last year and I think I might have to whip it up again this year! Plus, who doesn’t love Paula Deen, but it’s hard to find a recipe from her [...]

I’ve also added green pepper and scallion to the recipe when I make it, for a little extra flavor [...]

Basil Cream Chicken

We got our first form submission!  And BOY does it sound GOOD!
This yummy concoction comes courtesy of Darla Wentz.  That’s what she said.  I mean, that’s all she said.
But it’s really not, because she also said this:
My husband loves this recipe! He says it taste like something you would get at a nice Italian restaurant. [...]

Smoky Chicken & Cranberry Pasta

My husband and I love to eat out and try new places. A neighbor of ours won a free dinner to a new place in town a couple of years ago and invited us to go along. We enjoyed a pasta dish they had so much that I decided to go home and [...]
