Sour Cream Banana Bread

I don’t really think I need to explain this any further.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Oil

2 Eggs

1 Cup Mashed Ripe Bananas

1/2 Cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream (because that’s what brand I prefer)

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 1/2 Cups Flour

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1/2 tsp. Salt

1 Cup Chocolate Chips (optional)

Directions:

Heat over to 350 degrees.

Grease & flour bottom only of 9×5 loaf pan.

In large bowl, beat together sugar & oil.

Add eggs, bananas, sour cream & vanilla.  Blend well.

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off.

Add to ingredients along with baking soda and salt, just until moistened.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 – 60 minutes.  Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.

Enjoy!
