Easy Marinade

Published by divrchk under marinade

This is such an easy marinade but always gets huge compliments. It’s good for either chicken or steak. I mostly use it on boneless, skinless chicken thighs or a tri-tip steak.

Use equal parts Teriyaki sauce and Italian salad dressing.

Prep the marinade and put in a freezer safe zip top bag with your meat of choice the day that you buy the meat at the store and stick it in the freezer. This way the meat marinates as it’s freezing and as it’s thawing.

Grill as desired, discard leftover marinade and enjoy!

We marinated some blade steaks in this over night then pan broiled them the next evening. The meat was flavorful with out being to over powering. This will become my go to marinade!
